Privacy Policy
In short: this app does not collect your personal information. Camera images, photos and videos never leave your device.
What we collect
- There is no account. There is nowhere to enter a name or an email address.
- No data is collected for analytics, advertising or tracking.
- The developer runs no server for this app. The app does not use the network while searching.
Camera and microphone
- The camera is used to look for four-leaf candidates in the grass. Images are processed on your device and never sent anywhere.
- The microphone is used only to add sound to videos. You can record without sound if you don't allow it.
- The app does not use your location, contacts or notifications.
Photos
- "Scan a photo" reads only the photos you pick in the iPhone photo picker. The app does not ask for access to your whole photo library.
- The app does not write to your photo library.
What stays on your device
- Your finds (photos and videos) and settings are stored only inside the app on this device. The developer cannot see them.
- Deleting the app deletes them too.
- If you use device backups (such as iCloud Backup), Apple's system may include them in the backup.
- Something leaves the app only when you tap Share and choose where it goes.
The App Store
- This is a one-time purchase. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions or ads.
- Apple handles the purchase and payment. The developer never receives your payment details (Apple's privacy policy).
Links
- The "Privacy Policy" and "Licenses & credits" links in Settings only open a page in your browser. The app sends no data when you open them.
Changes to this policy
- When this policy changes, this page is updated along with the date below.
- If a future version handles different information, this page is updated before that version is released.
